Every package in this table uses the same assumptions: {cycles} cycles per machine per day, an average ticket of {ticket} THB per cycle (one cycle = wash + dry), rent of {rent} THB per month, operating cost at 30% of revenue, and fixed upkeep of 6,000 THB per month.

This table applies the same 15,000 THB rent to every package — the ceiling the company gives for a typical branch. A 20 sqm unit plainly does not pay what a 35 sqm one does, so the smaller packages here are understated, and some will show as never paying back. The model assumes full revenue from month one, with no ramp-up period
One cycle means wash + dry. The company puts the minimum at around 80 THB per customer and the larger machines at around 110 THB and up. This calculator starts at 80, the bottom of that range; a branch weighted towards larger machines or hot-water programmes will average more. Measured branch figures are still being collected.
The instalment and net-cash columns assume the full package price is financed over 60 instalments with no down payment, although the company offers a 50% down payment option that would roughly halve the instalment. This table is therefore the heaviest repayment case, not the most common one.

What the model excludes

Fit-out and construction outside the package, deposits and advance rent, tax, depreciation, out-of-warranty repairs, insurance, and loan instalments. If you finance the purchase, the payback figures above do not deduct the monthly instalment — see the worked examples on the financing page.
