Owner side: run the shop and take Drive Thru orders
The owner sees how many machines are free, opens or closes the booking queue, reviews machine-usage graphs, and accepts Drive Thru orders where a customer leaves laundry to be washed, dried and ironed — each basket carrying its own order number.
QR payment, so there is no cash in the shop
The customer picks a service and a programme, the app totals it as a basket and issues a QR code. The machine starts only once payment clears, and every transaction lands in the back office immediately.
The customer is told when the load is done
Customers are notified when a wash or dry finishes, alongside loyalty points and branch announcements, so nobody has to sit and watch a machine.
